However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund less shipping fees, assuming that returns are made within fourteen days of your purchase and that returned items are in their original, unopened, condition. For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will be happy to refund your original shipping cost. To return an item to us, please email us using the form on the contact page.
